Use Agreement, terms, and conditions applicable to the “My-Car Auction” Direct Auction Platform for Selling Vehicle/vehicles with ALTAWKILAT (UMA - Universal Motors Agencies); Commercial Register No 4030120719, referred hereinafter to as "the Company" or " My-Car Auction".

My-Car Auction for selling Vehicles through Electronic Auction (hereinafter referred to as My-Car Auction) is a website and direct auction platform for selling vehicles managed by ALTAWKILAT (UMA - Universal Motors Agencies) registered in the Commercial Registry under Number 4030120719 by virtue of its Articles of Association certified by the notary in Jeddah. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose address is at Jeddah; Palestine Road in front of Sahari center, PO Box 6059 - Jeddah 21442, its website is https://www.my-car.com/en/auction and is referred to here and later as the “Company” or “My-Car Auction”.

As a condition to entering into any transaction through the Auction website / Auction app, you (“Member”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. In addition, any terms and conditions printed on Company Sale Invoice, any conditions displayed on Company’s websites, the Company’s Website Terms of Service, and the Company’s Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in SAR. These terms and conditions represent a "legally binding" agreement between the company and the user. This agreement and the use policy regulate your use of auction services through our website and on the live auction platform. By registering as a Member and/or placing a bid in a My-car auction, you represent and warrant to Company that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them in all respects.

Vehicles offered for sale on Company’s websites are sold through our Inhouse Internet based auction selling platform. My-Car’s auction platform employs a two-step bidding process:

Step 1 – Auto Bidding is an open bidding venue that allows a bidder to enter bids over the Internet. A bidder can see the current high bid on a vehicle during Auto Bidding. Bidders enter the maximum price that they are willing to pay for a vehicle and the Auto Bidding feature will incrementally bid on the vehicle on their behalf during Auto Bidding and, if it is the highest Auto Bidding at the end of the Auto Bidding Period, during the Live Auction. The Auto Bidding Period ends 30 minutes prior to the start of the Live Auction. During the Auto Bidding Period, Members may preview the offered vehicles online.

Step 2 – Live Sale is a real time, Internet only virtual auction. Bidders have the opportunity to bid against each other and the high bidder from the Auto Bidding Period in real time. Bidders enter bids via the Internet in real time, and Auto Bidding submits bids for the high bidder from the Auto Bidding Period, up to the bidder’s maximum bid. When bidding stops, a countdown is initiated. If a new bid is received during the countdown, the countdown resets. In addition, Company may also, in its sole discretion, extend or reset any Timing & period of Auto Bid Auction.

Vehicle Condition and History Disclaimer. Except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law, ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD “AS-IS WHERE-IS.” as depicted on VAM (Vehicle Assessment Module) Rating and VAM Complete Inspection report. Except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law, all vehicles sold through Company are sold “AS-IS WHERE-IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY. As used in these Terms and Conditions, “vehicle(s)” means all vehicles posted for sale on Company’s websites including but not limited to vehicle/vehicles, trucks, motorcycles, boats, jet skis, industrial equipment, trailers, RV’s, etc. However, Members expressly acknowledge and agree that “vehicle(s)” does not mean or include, and Company does not purport to facilitate the sale of, any cargo or items of personal property which may be contained in a vehicle but are not part of the vehicle. It is the sole responsibility of the Member purchasing a vehicle to take possession and/or dispose of any such cargo or contents in accordance with applicable law.

Sales Policies

1. Bid Rejection. Company reserves the right to reject or void bids for any reason, in Company’s sole and absolute discretion. Should a dispute arise regarding a bid, Company is the exclusive deciding authority with sole and absolute discretion in resolving disputes. Members agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Company harmless from any and all liability arising out of decisions made in resolving disputes.
2. Sale Cancellation. Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion and with or without notice, postpone or cancel a sale or withdraw a vehicle from a sale. Company will have no liability or obligation to Members as a result of any vehicle withdrawal or sale cancellation or postponement. Further, Company reserves the right to cancel or reverse a sale transaction in the event of fraud, material misrepresentation, or patent defect in the Vehicle Description or bidding information, as determined by Company in its sole discretion. In the event a sale is cancelled after the Member has remitted payment, Company will credit the amount of the payment to the Member’s account (or to the Member’s credit or debit card used to remit payment, if applicable).
3. Tie Bid Policy. Live Auction Bids prevail over Preliminary Bids of equal amount. In case of a BID tie during Live Auction, vehicle will be awarded to the bidder who have bid earlier as per Admin panel records.
4. Auto Bidding. Company uses Auto Bidding to make the bidding process easier and more efficient. Simply enter a Auto Bid representing the maximum price you are willing to pay for the vehicle and Auto Bidding will bid on your behalf up to your maximum bid during both the Preliminary Bidding Period and the Virtual Sale. Auto Bidding will only bid one increment over the current bid to maintain your position as the highest bidder. This allows you the possibility of purchasing a vehicle below your maximum bid.
5. Bids Entered. Once a bid has been submitted, it cannot be retracted, deleted, or cancelled.
6. Offsite Sales. Offsite Sales vehicles will be available for pick up at the designated Company facility or offsite address indicated. Standard Company pickup requirements and storage rates apply to vehicles sold from offsite sale locations. If the Member fails to pick up an offsite vehicle within six (6) days of sale, the vehicle may, at Company’s sole discretion, be moved from the offsite sale location to one of Company’s facilities, and if the vehicle has been moved, the Member will be responsible for towing charges from the offsite location to Company’s facility, plus additional storage charges that may accrue from that day onward, for up to 30 days. In this case, demurrage fees per day are 100 SAR. After the vehicle has been at Company’s facility for 30 days and the towing and storage charges have not been paid, the vehicle will be considered abandoned and Company will process the vehicle according to applicable law.

Definitions

• “We/ the spokesperson/ the Company/ our website/ “My-Car Auction / our platform, and other words indicated by the context and does not benefit others”: refers to the Company.
• "Electronic Auction" is the application that is available on smartphones or the company's electronic platform through the website https://www.my-car.com/en/auction "our website" in order to provide the direct online auction service for the vehicle/ vehicles offered through the smartphone application or through our website.
• The auction opens and closes at a date specified by the company, the highest bidder is accepted through the auction website or the smartphone application, and the auction is awarded at the highest price when the auction closes and/or is announced by the company.
• "Biding / Tendering": is the supply and demand process in our website or application/ platform through which a specific price is displayed and an increase is offered for that price and so on until the auction closes and/or the successful sale process is reached by awarding the auction to the last bidder or bidder and the online auction starts at a certain time. Specified and closed at a certain time, and it can end with a complete successful deal or close without completing the deal, and all this and any other details, information presented, incoming prices, auction fees, and so on, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the Company.
• “Bidder / Tenderer/ addressee text/ you/ user”: refers to a natural or legal person who has expressed his desire to enter the auction to bid on vehicle/vehicles through our website or application/ platform and in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the company, which are considered to be approved by your use of our website.
• “Car” means the cars/ vehicle/vehicles offered in the auction through our website or application/ platform for bidding by the bidders in order to sell them to the highest bidder, who will win the auction and reach the completion of the sale.
• The “owner of the car”: is the registered owner on its form (“Istimarah”) and provided that he is not legally prohibited from disposing of it or transferring its ownership.
• "Security Deposit": the amount that the Company specifies for the bidder in order to carry out auction activities through our website or app.
• The "Transfer of ownership of the car and completion of the sale" takes place within a specific period after the last bidder who won the auction supplies the amount of the auction landed on him during the online auction through our website or app and according to the terms and conditions mentioned in this contract or announced by the Company at any time at that time.
• "Requirements, terms and conditions" or those requested by the Company or any requirements that the system may require to enter the auction during or after the electronic auction via our website or app required by the system to complete the process of transferring the ownership of the car. With good faith, perseverance, dedication, and with time, place, and specifications required by the Company. Merely closing the auction at the highest price for the car does not mean the Company agrees to sell, which reserves the right to close the auction, cancel the auction or cancel the bidding as the Company alone deems appropriate.

VAM (Vehicle Assessment Module), VAM rating and Price of the car on the website or application/platform

• Before any vehicle is listed on My-Car Auction or app, it is subjected to a robust and comprehensive 240 points Technical Inspection VAM (Vehicle Assessment Module) carried by authorized and trained technical personnel.
• As a bidder for the vehicle/vehicles displayed on our website or app, you can view both the VAM Rating of the specific vehicle/vehicles and the Complete VAM report.
• As a bidder on the vehicle/vehicles offered for sale through our website or app, if you win the event or win the price you place in the final auction and get the deal according to the terms and conditions of the auction on our website, and once you fulfill the other obligations that we ask from you and implement them by you, then accordingly you accept all the terms and conditions stated on our website and all the terms and conditions of the sales contract listed below and any other provisions required by the law.
• In the agreement concluded between you and the Company and according to the use policy and the terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right to impose additional fees, cancel and amend them, or any of the above, at any time according to the company's discretion only. Fees can also be changed or revised at any time without your consent. In addition, the Company will use its care to inform you of the expenses and Company fees that may apply, and in the event that the Company is not able to reach you as a user, it is not obligated to do so, and before benefiting from services, you must review the terms and conditions and follow up updating them automatically.
• The sale through direct auction via our website or app is considered legitimate and productive of all its legal and contractual effects related to the offer and acceptance among its parties, and its parties must cooperate fully to complete all the elements of the sale, inspection, acceptance, supply of the price and pay it to the owner of the car, and transfer the ownership until the last necessary and required procedures by law.

The Sale Contract Agreement

• The winner of the auction according to the terms and conditions, needs to implement all his/her contractual obligations and all the requirements, terms, and conditions mentioned here or on our website or required by the law.
• All necessary legal procedures will be arranged after full payment is effectuated and any other obligations that might be deemed necessary from you or by the law.
• We will make the effort and arrange all the necessary matters to complete the transaction at a suitable time once the auction closes and you win the deal.
• The purchase invoice will be issued to the buyer directly.
• An invoice for the additional services will be issued in the name of the buyer, which may contain (periodic inspection fees, transportation, storage, and transfer of ownership) directly from My-Car Auction. This invoice may include some additional expenses and fees, according to what My-Car Auction deems.

Settlement of the Bid Amount

The Total Payment Amount must be paid within two (2) business days after the Buyer’s bid is accepted as the winning bid (the “Payment Due Date”). Any other amounts due, such as taxes, fees, administrative expenses, transportation and handling, the periodic inspection or inspection carried out on the car, and other requirements, terms, and conditions, shall be added to the bid amount.

• Once the supplied amount (the bid amount in addition to any sums or other fees requested from you) has been received and confirmed to our account, the process of vehicle/vehicles ownership will be initiated.
• Vehicle documents will be delivered to you after making sure that all the amounts owed by you have been paid, and the vehicle/vehicles will be transported within (ten) working days in your name and delivered to you or supplied to you according to the agreed terms and conditions.
• The Company shall not be in breach of this Agreement nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. In such circumstances the time for performance shall be extended by a period equivalent to the period during which performance of the obligation has been delayed or failed to be performed.
• In the event that we fail for any reason to complete the transfer of ownership, or the seller withdraws his opinion of the sale, or his breach of the agreed supply obligations, or the damage of vehicle/vehicles in whole or in part, or the incomplete transaction within (thirty) days from the date of our receipt of the amount supplied by you, we undertake to refund the amount received from you in full at the end of the mentioned period by bank transfer to your bank account through which the payment was made, and we will not bear any responsibility otherwise.
• Your entry into the auction and supplying the bid amount is considered your acceptance of relieving us from any liability whatsoever, including, for example, the general condition of the vehicle/vehicles, the presented inspection, hidden defects, and your acceptance that your right is in the event of our default, negligence, or our delay in completing the deal or not completing it for any reason. Our commitment to bidder is vehicle/vehicles compliance with VAM Grading and Inspection Report.
• Your entry into the bid and winning it and the resulting commercial deal presupposes an offer from you to buy, and it is imperative for you to fulfill all your subsequent obligations to that and adhere to all terms and conditions and implement the requests that we request from you or required by the law in order to complete the sale contract with the owner who’s the vehicle/vehicles is /are registered in his name, consequently:
• • You must not renounce the deal, under penalty of contractual and legal responsibilities.
  • In the event that you change the deal, you will bear all the losses that we impose on you, and the contractual and legal responsibilities arising from that, such as:
  • • You lose your right to auction an amount of 2000 Saudi Riyals to be deducted from the amount of the auction entry insurance for each car when the auction winner does not want it as a compensation agreed upon between the two parties to redress the losses incurred by the Company and as a result of the lost opportunity to sell the car to another buyer.
    • You grant us the right under this contract and the terms and conditions of the auction to set off a clearing with your account with us time after time again, and according to the reality of the situation and without any restriction or condition on your part, and by deducting the amount of the difference mentioned in item (b) above, from the amount of the Safety deposit Upon registering as a Bidder, no security deposit will be collected. A Member may bid up to a maximum bid of SAR 7,500 without payment of a security deposit. Notwithstanding the above depicted bidding privileges, Company reserves the right to require a security deposit be paid before a Bidder may bid on a vehicle.
    • A security deposit of 10% of the maximum Reserved value that a Bidder wishes to bid shall be required for bids. For instance, if a Bidder ember wishes to bid up to SAR 50,000 for a vehicle, a security deposit of SAR 5,000 must be paid prior to bidding.
    • A Bidder may request a refund of any unapplied security deposit online by visiting the Account Information page of Company's websites. All refunds are subject to confirmation that the security deposit is not applicable to any open bids or unpaid charges. All refunds shall be credited using the appropriate payment channels and the difference between the Safety deposit according to our records - if any - and the amount deducted due to your abandonment of the auction. If the difference amount exceeds the Security Deposit, we will charge you for the difference
    • You will not be allowed to enter and participate in any subsequent auction in the event that you do not pay any deficiency that occurs in the amount of Safety Deposit according to what is mentioned in this clause.

As a Bidder in the Direct Auction Through Our Website and / or Our App, You Must Be:

• Legally able to enter the auction and transfer the bid amount by bank transfer and sign all the documents necessary for the transfer of ownership.
• You must be at least (18) years old.
• You are not legally prohibited by your person, your company, Absher website, or otherwise from buying or owning the vehicle/vehicles under auction through our website.
• You will make your effort without slowing down or delaying in reviewing, following up, signing, and doing everything necessary to complete the transfer of ownership to you after transferring the bid amount to our bank account.
• You have completed vehicle/vehicles insurance according to the law requirements in order to complete the sale and transfer of ownership, and you must confirm your personal account data, and the buyer has the right to authorize others under a (legitimate agency) on his behalf or complete the sale and receipt of vehicle/vehicles according to the requirements, terms, and conditions.
• The buyer acknowledges the verity of his personal information and acknowledges that he is solely responsible for all operations carried out on the site and related to his registration, with his own username and password.
• You acknowledge as a bidder on the car through our website that the Company has granted you the right to view the result of the car inspection and/or the results of the periodic inspection and/or the car inspection through VAM application on your smartphone on due diligence, and according to the reality of each case, and that when you bid on a car, you have learned about its condition a knowledge that denies ignorance, and you will not be accepted to claim otherwise.
• If you are a natural person and not prevented from practicing business and want to bid through our website and our direct auction platform, you can submit a user request to our site, enter the direct auction site through our platform, join the auction, and conduct bidding work by fulfilling the registration requirements, filling in the mandatory data in full, and uploading the necessary official documents, pay the Safety Deposit fees and transfer the auction amount that is due in the completion of the deal and settle it on you when the auction closes, taking into account the terms and conditions and their acceptance.
• If you are a Company with a legal personality and not legally prohibited from entering into business and you wish to bid through our website and our direct auction platform, you can submit a user request to our site and enter the live auction site through our platform and join the auction and do bidding work by fulfilling the registration requirements and filling in the mandatory data and uploading all the necessary official documents, paying the auction insurance fees, and transferring the auction amount that is due in the completion of the transaction and awarded it to you when the auction is closed, taking into account the terms and conditions and their acceptance.
• Examples of the necessary requirements that will be required from the user of our site /the bidder on our direct auction platform: the user has a valid ID for citizens and valid Iqama for residents, and the profession entitles you to bid, sell, and buy a car or more. As well as providing a copy of a valid Commercial Registration for companies and legal persons, and the companies' activity must state selling and purchasing vehicle/vehicles and what's equivalent. Also, the provided authorizations must be in agreement with the law and legally acceptable, such as their issuance by the Notary Public or certified by the Chamber of Commerce and as required by the Company from time to time.

The Instructions for Registering on My-Car Auction

Log in to the registration page of the online auction site through the available applications. Registering by using an active mobile number to receive the registration activation code. In case the password is lost or forgotten, and a message appears stating the existence of the ID or Iqama number and mobile number previously, the password can be recovered by calling the technical support department at 800-244-0233.

Instructions for Confirming the Personal Account Information

• All mandatory information must be filled in correctly.
• Uploading a clear copy of a valid ID card for citizens or valid Iqama for residents
• Fill in the identity data in the personal file fields and ensure that the correct name and the expiry date of the identity are entered.

Delegation of the Powers

A third party can be delegated under a legitimate proxy issued by the Notary Public according to the law, to register on the site and/or to enter the auction and confirm the account information and/or fill in the information and/or complete the procedures for selling and receiving vehicle/vehicles and other things that may be authorized by law and as legally. Also, both the authorization granter and the authorized shall be registered on the site according to the terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions of the auction

• Register as a user of the auction website according to the previous instructions
• Confirm the personal account information according to the previous instructions
• Paying the bidder Safety deposit , using the available payment channels
• Understanding all government regulations and instructions related to auction operations and their implementation, including the traffic system and its implementing regulations and all the relevant instructions

Inspecting the Vehicle/vehicles Offered for Sale Through our Website/Auction Platform and Inspecting it in a Due Diligence Examination

• You can view the vehicle/vehicles VAM Rating, the Complete VAM Inspection Report and the available pictures in the “My-Car Auction” website and/or app, and it’s only the highest bidder who shall have full responsibility and authority to physically inspect the vehicle/vehicles, review them, make the physical inspection of their condition, place, and time allotted for that only if the physical inspection is available, and each case will be dealt separately according to what we decide timely.
• The bidder shall view the vehicle/vehicles in the “My-Car Auction” website and/or app, know their conditions and shall be in due diligence knowledge about them and not accept the excuse that this is not possible. In the unfortunate case that there is a discrepancy between the VAM Rating and VAM Inspection Complete Report and the actual condition of the vehicle/vehicles, then a full refund will be effectuated.
• After full inspection and knowledge, you can enter the bid and submit the bid through our website or our auction app, and your bidding entry is considered definitive evidence of your full knowledge about the vehicle/vehicles condition and as a legitimate acceptance of it/them, its/their current condition and its/their whereabouts in case that was available and all its details that are in due diligence, and you are not allowed to invoke on the contrary.

Bidding and Submitting to Take Over the Bid

With confirmation of the mentioned above, bids on the vehicle/vehicles offered for auction shall be submitted only through the auction website or auction app, and through verified and confirmed personal accounts after paying the auction entry insurance, and according to direct instructions at the time of the auction, including:

• The auction shall be opened and closed at a specified time.
• The vehicle/vehicles available for sale will be listed on the website and/or the auction app.
• Bidders start bidding.
• The bidder can amend the value of the purchase offer through the website and only during the auction period.
• The website stops accepting or amending bids when the auction closes.
• The results of the auction shall be known and announced to the bidders.
• The winner of the auction will be the holder of the highest bid (automatically) through the auction website subject to the approval of the car owner.
• The auction winning shall be confirmed by a text message (SMS) to the mobile of the primary bidder registered in his profile on the auction website and/or an email to the registered email address in his profile or a direct phone call.
• Merely, closing the auction at the highest price of the vehicle/vehicles bid, it does not mean that the Company's approval to sell, and the Company can set additional requirements according to the reality of the bid and for each deal separately, and the sale will not be completed without the transfer of the price as well as the transfer of ownership between the seller and the buyer.

The Sale Completion

• The final sale process shall be subject to the approval of the car owner unless it is stated otherwise.
• The winner of the auction shall pay the vehicle/vehicles' value within (48) hours from the date of announcing the auction results.
• The payment of sales value shall be made through the available payment channels.
• The vehicle/vehicles documents shall be delivered to the auction winner after making sure that all the amounts owed by him have been paid and after entry into the TAMM system.
• Any additional terms and conditions shall be applied according to the reality of the situation and as determined by the Company from time to time.
• If the auction winner fails to complete the purchase process within (5) working days from the date of announcing the results of the auction and his winning the auction, the following procedures shall be taken:
• • The Safety Deposit amount will be deducted from the auction entry insurance amount for each car that the auction winner does not want as compensation agreed upon between the two parties to redress the losses incurred by the Company and as a result of the lost opportunity to sell the car to another buyer.
  • The buyer's account will be frozen until he pays the difference deducted from his account and specified in the above item (1).
  • In the event that this process is repeated more than once, the buyer’s account will be permanently suspended and banned from entering the auction, and he will bear the amount mentioned in the above item (1).
  • The Company, at its discretion, has the right to prohibit the bidder from entering our website and the auction platform or participating in our auctions in the future, unless the dispute is settled according to the company's estimates and without any liability for it.
  • 5- After (24) hours of receiving the car, the buyer is not entitled to claim the car back or cancel the sale process due to a difference in the specifications or technical examination between the car offered in the auction platform and that of the vehicle/vehicles that were received.
  • The buyer undertakes and acknowledges that he bears alone all the regular responsibilities such as security, legal, traffic liability, damage, and others from the date of vehicle delivery.
  • The vehicle/vehicles shall be received and delivered and an exit permit is issued for the buyer himself or his legal agent or an individual authorized by him according to a certified and accepted receipt, and the sold vehicle/vehicles are transferred from their places to the storage warehouse in the event that the buyer does not receive his vehicle/vehicles after (seven) days from the date of sale, and storage expenses and charges shall be calculated on the buyer in an amount of (60) Saudi Riyals for each day of delay after the date of the car’s delivery, and the Company shall have the right to claim from the buyer for any default or damage resulting from the buyer's failure to implement his obligations, his failure to fulfill them, or failure to implement them completely and in an acceptable manner to the company, and as the Company deems fair and appropriate.
  • The Company will refund the Security Deposit Fee any amount remaining from it after the Company has deducted any dues to it and/or the buyer's owed - according to the company’s records - to the buyer by bank transfer to his account transferred from him or shown on our website and shown in the personal file of the winning bidder (the buyer).

Refund Policy

• General Refunds: Refunds are issued only in specific cases where the VAM report failed to depict accurately the actual condition of the vehicle.
• Refund Process: Refunds, when applicable, will be credited to the customer’s account to be offset against future purchases to be processed within 10 to 30 calendar days.
• Refund Period: Maximum One week from the delivery of the vehicles.

Undertakings, Conditions, Obligations, General Provisions, and Final Clauses

The bidder undertakes not to claim the Company any compensation for any damage resulting from the problem, and also, the bidder accepts and grants the Company the right to change all the terms and conditions of the direct auction or some of them more than once and as the company sees, without any prior notice, and the user/bidder acknowledges to abide by that and implement the Company's requirements at all times, and if he refuses to do so, the user/bidder may not continue to access or use our services offered on the direct auction or the platform or the company's website, provided that executing all obligations incurred by him before that time, whether towards the company or any third party, including official departments, Traffic Department, insurance companies, and any other party with good faith, even if he was not mentioned.
• The registrant in the site and the user of the live auction platform undertakes to the legality of his data and the correctness of his personal information and acknowledges his sole responsibility for the use of the site, the direct auction platform, and all the operations executed on the site that are related to his registration.
• The registrant of the site and the user of the live auction platform acknowledges not to misbehave in any way and not to misuse the site or any of its settings, directly or indirectly, and by any means, and to respect the privacy of the site and all its users according to the announced terms and conditions, and any advertised terms and conditions that are made while using the site and the live auction platform, as well as strictly adhering to the rules of optimal use, that there is no harm, no foul, in good faith, respect for confidentiality, non-disclosure of secrets, and no harm to the site, its owners or visitors, its data, users’ data or any third party and any method including without limitation, on social media, newspapers or magazines inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or in any of the ways even if they are not mentioned.
• The user site and the user of the live auction platform undertake upon entering the site and submitting the purchase offer to continue his knowledge and acceptance of all the terms, procedures, and provisions of the auction, and agree to what was stated in it and abides by the full implementation and not retract from it and adhere to all the terms and conditions contained in this document until the last procedures in good faith and without infringement or damage with others, either directly or indirectly.

• This agreement has been prepared in good faith to organize work through our website and our direct auction platform, and the two parties have agreed positively and accept the dispute settlement mechanism as follows:

Claiming compensation for damages that may be caused as a result of these acts as a result of any complaints or negative communications that you publish through social media platforms or exposure to the company, its owners, employees, or managers in any way.

Accordingly, the agreement was concluded between the two parties, in the affirmative and acceptance.
